Each report is categorized by sub-headings, generally used by providers (i.e. history of present illness, vital signs, medications etc).
24 HR TURNAROUND TIME :
ViewSMART services will provide Medical Transcription, Lab and X-Ray reports of a patient, within 24 hours of Date of Service
VIEW AND PRINT OPTON FOR EACH PATIENT VISIT:
In addition to viewing each visit of the patient, the provider will be able to print any or all of the reports at any time.
