Our upgraded Online Transcription Service will enable providers, easy access and comparative review of ALL medical transcription, lab, x-ray and other relevant reports relating to a patient’s outpatient and hospital visits, online, 24 hours a day, throughout the year.

Our Key Objective 1 :

Enhance Quality of Patient Care, based on comprehensive patient centered information To enable this objective, MGI has developed a centralized Electronic Medical Record (EMR), which will contain, for each patient, the following information:

Reports

	Medical Transcription Reports
	Lab reports
	3 X-Ray reportss
	Immunization records
	Physician notes from other facilities
	Physician Referral Letters
	Medical Reports of care provided at other facilities for the patient
	Other relevant medical reports relating to medical records of a patient

ViewSMART’s patient centered EMR will provide the above information relating to each patient for :

	ALL Outpatient visits
	All inpatient visits
	All visits with ALL providers at the client’s healthcare organization
	All visits at ALL facilities of the client’s healthcare organization

Our Key Objective 2 :

More Clinical Care Time And Less Clerical Time During Patient Visit :

This value added service will eliminate the time spent by a provider, scrolling through a patient’s paper based medical record file to obtain information about a previous visit. As a result of this time saving, a provider will be able to
